Double Franchise Plus 2 League - Selections completed

I'll pick that big Johnson unit...Randy I think his name is...

I have two questions:
Is Larry Walker's COL card still eligible to be picked as a 'plus two', or does his montreal card belong to montreal now?
and
Why the heck is Tampa Bay listed as a franchise ? They don't have a single player! And that got me thinking, it might be fun to do a similar league, but for your second team you use the reverse order to pick your second team for you...for example using this draft order, for the second round mets99 would pick musial6's second team for him (i.e. Tampa bay, or if you didn't include them, florida??). The teams with low picks would inevitably get a decent second team, although they may have lots of glaring holes at some positions, and some redundancy at others...just a thought.

I'm assuming Larry Walker's available as a plus 2 free agent because his higher card is with Colorado - one of the 5 franchises in the free agent pool.

To answer a prior question, Larry Walker's highest card is with an unselected franchise (Col EXP) - therefore, he is available as a free agent.

I will create a private league and post the password here sometime today. Since it is Friday and we still have FA selections as well as the loading of teams, I do not expect we will get it filled tonight - so don't rush for rush sake. If we do, that's great.

Once the teams are loaded and you see the rosters, if you feel that another manager has selected one of your "owned" players (i.e., one of your franchises has the highest value card for that player), send a "claiming email" to everyone. It will be up to the manager that incorrectly selected such player to drop them during waivers.
