I've played in 5 high cap leagues and nobody has done that yet. I'm not sure if the rest doesn't carry over even if a different card is used

I've never tried it, but someone on the boards said they'd try it.

This is my second high cap league, so I would have missed it.

Are there 10 interested parties if the start time is moved to 8PM?

Are there 10 people reading the boards on a Sunday afternoon?

Would 10 guys from the 7PM draft join at 9PM to pillage some rookie drafters?
