Haven't read the whole thread, just the original post. But SOM's response in this situation is just SOP. They always respond to this situation in this way.

So who was the manager so we can avoid the same problem in the future if we come across him/her?

That's an excellent question. In fact, SOM didn't even notify the league of the change. They just did it.

If you look at the link listed in a prior post on page 2, the Manager's name is listed as Eva even though the Owner is now listed as JohnG.

Eva (EvaMaria69) is also in the "2 franchises form 1 team" league I am currently in.

No problem, Eva - we all make mistakes as we learn. It's always better to make the moves before the season begins, or you lose the waiver penalty (either 5, 10, or 20% of the waived player's salary depending on the league set up). During season, it's better to make trades or single specific changes to address a need - otherwise, you end up downgrading the team with mass changes because of all the salary lost through waiver changes.

Either way, welcome aboard, glad to have a newcomer, and good luck in the 200M league forming that we both joined.
