The 13M Speaker card can only be use for Cleveland franchise. 10M Morgan is a Red and not an Astro, etc. Commish decides all infractions.

If you're going to create leagues like this, which are really fun, a better way to do it is to wait until 12 managers have signed up, then randomize them to pick individual franchises, rather than simply automatically picking your franchise in order of sign-ups. An even better way is to get each manager to commit to 12 seasons and then rotate the franchises so each plays every franchise once.
