and that's because he's not carded to any of the chosen 12 franchises, but he played for all of these teams during his career: so any of the Wilhelm cards are available to be used - Orioles, Whitesox, Angels. Correct?

But who would have priority in drafting him or any of the previous you listed as examples? Whoever selects him first through the auto-draft?

And you didn't really answer the second part to my question about the supplemental 1 round draft. Only NEL players? Or any free agent still available from the other non-chosen-12 franchises?

Correct...YES NEL Players only

I thought about joining, but I think under these rules, the Red Sox will become the Yankees. They get Pedro, Ruth, Clemens, Cicotte, Cronin, Elston Howard on top of an already strong roster, and I am personally not convinced the NeL and autodraft tweaks would be enough to offset.
