most of the complaining that matters has nothing to do with the game itself.
Sure, all those things happen-
What's frustrating, Salty, is your erroneously claiming I "missed the point" when I accurately and compellingly answered Nev's question. I didn't miss the point; I was dead on. Most of the complaining--in all of SOM, not just ATG--
does and has had
everything to do with the game itself, as my examples well showed.
The complaining that matters is about the company.
1. who is answering the FAQs?
2. who is responding to emails?
3. who is responding to community requests?
4. you want the boards to be active- then stop censoring discussions which go beyond SoM...

No, it's not "simple, really" and whether or not the complaining you mentioned is the "complaining that matters", it is
not the majority of the complaints that occur, which you fail to realize was what I was addressing in my answer to Nev.
We have been talking about this same crap for years- why would it suddenly be the communities fault?
When the company steps up to the plate- then we have something to discuss.
I
never said anything was the communitys "fault," although I did well show that members of the community could improve the forum and community themselves and how to do so. Apparently you have no interest in doing anything to improve the community except complain to SOM and hope it does something...and I think you and the rest of us could do more.
