Congrats to the AL-8 playoff teams!

All of the playoff teams have been there before:
- Royals/Brewers are returning to the playoffs for a record 6th time in 8 seasons
- Indians are there for the 5th time
- Rangers/Blue Jays for the 4th and
- Tigers for the 3rd.

All of the managers are returning, too:
- padrenurgle1 is in the playoffs for a record 5th time (and is seeking his 4th title!)
- andycummings is there for the 3rd time, after achieving the best W/L record for the Rangers/Blue Jays
- rookssa is there for the 2nd straight time (in 2 season in the league), tied for the best record for the Indians
- bontomn is there for the 2nd time, too

Honorable mention goes to jflatour99, who achieved the first winning season for the Browns/Orioles

When are we starting again?

To start season 9 right after the season 8 finals end

Surprisingly challenging to field a Browns/Orioles squad.

For the initial roster I put together, 4 of the 9 starting batters, 1 of the starting pitchers and a solid reliever are all ineligible to be picked by my team in the autodraft.
