Question: How is the draft requirement for 3 RP-only handled? What if I do not have them on the 6 teams plus 1 player I select?

It is every managers responsibility to make sure that they have the full roster requirements within the league guidelines .

A question/request for clarification -

In the stated rules it says:

Highest Salaried Card belongs to Franchise that drafted him, but that is pre waivers. If someone ends up with player that belonged to another owner - a trade must be made to rectify.

Using Oak EXP hitting as an example, if a manager selects them, they should know that McGwire "belongs" to the Cardinals EXP hitting franchise since that franchise has the highest value card for McGwire. If the OAK EXP manager does select McGwire and he gets him on his roster, he is required to give him back - is that correct?

The "trade" component is simply a way to get the player back to correct team, and the owner giving back the player should not expect anything compensatory except "Player X" (i.e., some player he'll most likely need to drop)?
