This league will have the final stragglers among regular players - but the rest of the league is open to all to be fillers. I have decided to put this as an open NO PASSWORD league - 140 Mil / DH / 5-10-20% drop.
Come one, come all. SOM will change this to a TOURNAMENT league instead of standard or advanced.
