Division alignment is usually based upon draft order.

It's the commish's call,obviously, but I think Killebrew would be available based on our initial set of parameters.

I'd like to see the divisions be decided in order, 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, since the teams with first picks had an advantage. And according to the rules I read, Killebrew is up for grabs.
