Not gone, but SuperAdvanced took his 7L and knocked him down to .50

Not the only missing...

The high L Prothro (3B) disappeared too. What a bummer - only good (affordable) left is Shano Collins now. Talk about taking the luster off of a new set!!!

Moret and Nuxhall went to the stratosphere. No lefty love.

The 78 cent Mickey O'Niell is also gone. My favorite back-up catcher. :(

posted this in a different thread too, so apologies for the repeat to anyone who sees both, but Terry Forster was emasculated too. he is no longer a lfety specialist you can keep in against RHBs because of his balance, he is now a sort or Bill Walker-lite sp(6) rp(3) at $2.45 more. i guess that sp(6) is really valuable...

apologies to anyone reading this who was clammering to use Forster in a 5-man rotation instead of in the pen.

Although if Alou's stats and performance did not warrant the unbalanced 7L card then the change is good.

Ditto on Forster. I am less concerned with whether a favorite lefty specialist was lost than whether he started enough games to warrant a starter rating. He did in fact have 12 starts that season according to baseball reference. I think 12 starts is sufficient to get a starter rating. Giving it to him is correcting a mistake, not making one.

As an athletic, Alou hit .392 vs. lefties and .228 vs. righties.
Sounds closer to 7l than 2l to me.
