Random selections...last pick gets 1st pick of 1 NEL Player Except NY (AL) Yanks...NO SUPPLEMENTAL PICK

Other Rules:
1. Highest card gets priority...however you can convert highest card to any one player has...ie Babe Ruth Red Sox card in the deck as pitcher can use Yankee card...

2. Any player that does not have a card for any of the franchises listed may be selected by any team he played for...ie Roger Maris Yankee card...can be selected by Cleveland/A's or Cards if Yanks elect not to pick in auto draft
Ken Griffey Jr to Reds. etc...you get the picture...

4. If a player only has a card for a specifc franchise...he can only be claimed in the auto draft by that team...However if player was not claimed in te auto draft he is eligible for any team he played for regardless if he had a card for those teams or not.

5. Indians can use Satchels Indians or NEL card...His NEL Card is verboten for any others +Indians get Quincy Troupe as an extra prize and still gets to choose a NEL player Too

7. More examples...Brian Giles only has a Pitt (NL) card if he is not selected in auto draft then Clev or Padres can scoop him up in waivers including Pirates.

8. Most important players are only tied to the highest rated card and franchise during auto draft...during waivers anyone on the waiver wire is eligible for any of the franchises they played for.

9. NOTE: YANKEE franchise may only use players who have a card specific for Yankees...they can not pick up a Doc Gooden card even though he had played for them...The Yanks have enough quality to go around.

10. It is similar to the current league with those few exceptions above....of course ATG 8

Can someone explain how the draft order works?

you put the random generated numbers in front of the 12 spots as such, the first # is the random generated number showing the position the owner will draft in....then comes the original order of owners:

thus the 2nd draft position belongs to Dr Freeze and the 3rd to bontomn and so on....

OK, I see how it was done. This is just another way. Trust me I am not complaining.

not the way I usually do it, but it works this way too.... and I believe it was used (and explained) for the last league too.

I get 9th pick either way Ha-ha
