Despite being turned into the league's farm system and picked clean in the draft so far, the Giants will be fine. I will be able to fill out a team easily with the existing 3 free agents. I would rather not change any rules, unless someone just cannot find enough players.

I tried the memory route, but found most of my player's in baseball-reference. Actually, I have found more players in 70s than I did in the 60s. In the 60s keeping the Giants under the cap was tough, with few middle paid players to chose from. This decade, with lots of help from a few of you, I have no cap problems.

Someone refresh my memory - are we allowed to pick our remaining free agents:

1) during the autodraft
2) during waivers
3) only in preseason (after waivers)

Hoping it was during the autodraft but don't recall....

Last time we could pick free agents during waivers, not the auto draft.

Excerpt from the rules:

After the 3 round draft, we'll have the autodraft. In the autodraft you must select only players that have at least one carded year for your franchise in that decade (except for one free agent drafted during the 3 round draft). During waivers and the preseason, you can add free agents that are not carded to any of the 12 teams in our league provided that your roster never contain more than 3 free agents.

Knowles has a card for the Senators in 1970. I think he is mine since no one has the A's.

You are correct, and the Red Sox will have to re-do their 3rd round pick.
