Need just 1. This is why I set the 9:30 start time. So many 9;00 leagues end up 1 short. Now we have the extra half hour...

For a 9:30pm draft, you have to fill by 8:45pm or the league becomes void.

Precisely my point with the 9:30 start time. And it filled with about two minutes to spare.
