4 decade keepers... league ready to take teams

I really do not like the idea of auto-drafting (60's) and then deciding who to keep. A 3 round draft before the season (60's) would be best imo.

1. Live or autodraft- Auto
2. Budget 60M
3. Stadiums unique or play your own. unique
4. Number of keepers 3
5. Waiver period Waiver
6. Supplemental draft? yes, 1
7. no DH 60s and 70s then DH for 80's and 90's

Based votes recieved we are pretty much in agreement that we want a Auto draft, unique stadium, 3 keepers, waiver period, split DH. What is still in question is salary, and if we do a complete Autodraft or a split between picking some of the team live and the remainder in Autodraft.
