It's down to the last vote.

I've been in other leagues with Brother4Ahim before and he is always very slow to pick (or post in this instance). We either need to be very patient or.....?

If you vote, LM, we won't need to wait for him.

We ultimately will have to wait for him in either a live draft or entering his team into a league anyway.

Not necessarily. You, yourself, suggested we might pursue an alternative to waiting for him:

The key issue to be decided is whether we have an autodraft or a mini-live draft for the first keepers. We are currently tied at 5-5; your vote could break that tie. If Brother4am takes too long after that, we could pursue that "or...?" alternative to waiting for him you proffered.
