The game was 0-0 heading into the ninth when a passed ball by Joe Girardi allowed the only run. Pedro got 8 Ks and gave up only 5 hits and no runs in 9 innings while the Big Unit struck out 15 and gave up only 4 hits and zero earned runs for an undeserved loss.
