Ok, I think we can finally get started. My only caveat is to ask for some slack on Thursday and Friday this week and Monday morning as I will be traveling. I will try to check in on my phone, but since I'm with my family, there will be times when I will be unavailable. This will be especially true on Friday when I'll be at Magic Mountain. Now, given the time it will take to start up and that the first round has no clock, it may not be an issue, but I wanted to put that out there.

Want to make sure I've got the details down. After skimming the pages in the forum I have a few questions:

Leashed or Unleashed?

Looks like $100 mil cap, is that correct?

Does not appear to be a keeper league as I see no links or references to a roster spreadsheet.

I think that's all the questions, at least for now!

We never really completed the voting for leashed or unleashed. Anyone think we should finish that?

gmac, gmac, where fore art thou? As I said, he hasn't posted since he posted here on July 15. Not sure whether we should wait.

I personally am in no rush - but at the same time it would be nice to get started. However how do you create a draft when one of the owners is not yet a member? If we can create the draft, and if we can replace an owner (if for some reason he can no longer participate) in the draft after it has started - then we should go ahead. But if we need him to be added with his contact e-mail, then we should wait a couple of days, while at the same time looking for alternative owners.

Has he posted on any other league or chat thread recently on this site? (Answer appears to be no).

Anyways I am off to work - I will check in tonight and see what the status is - I am all set with my pick (Jason Giambi - NOT - ).
