Success League is Full

I would like to use the ATG 8 set for the next season with the following letter groupings :

Hitters (12 sets) -
M hitters (287 cards)
B hitters(253)
S hitters(231)
C hitters(220)
A,D hitters(222)
T,J hitters(208)
G,O hitters(206)
W,E,U,Z hitters(206)
H,Y hitters(205)
P,F,Q hitters(201)
L,I,K hitters(201)
N,R,V hitters(200)

and Pitchers (9 sets) -
S,V pitchers(198 cards)
C,K pitchers(195)
R,O,T pitchers(195)
D,E,F pitchers(195)
G,L,Y pitchers(195)
N,A,W,Q pitchers(194)
H,J,Z pitchers(193)
M,U pitchers(191)
B,I pitchers(191)

That is 21 sets of cards, we would each pick 1 grouping and start with 12 and leaving 9 unchosen. Therefore we would have 10 seasons before the next restart. I would suggest but not insist we select at least 4 pitching groups (we could all fill out a squad with only 1, but there would be slim pickings).

Last time we randomized for new divisions after each manager selected a letter group. I will plan to do this again.

We then used a 14 round draft (serpentine) based on winning percent for the prior 2 seasons (worst to first) with 13 players and 1 unique stadium selected.

if anyone is uncomfortable with this plan, please speak up. I would also propose we can begin selecting amongst letter groups soon (using the reverse of season 32 standings as order).
