Teams, Managers and Rules
The Teams listed below:
Browns (Hello Hornsby and Duffy) + Satchel and Willard Brown
Padres (Toms favorite)
Expos
Was Pre '61 Hence forth known as Old Senators
[b]Astros
Royals[/b]
Mets (Hello Willie)
O's
Angels Pujols
Brewers (Hello Hank Aaron)
Mariners (Cano)
Twins Killebrew Kaat others can be picked by Old Senators or Twins
New Washington Senators 61 and above and Newer then Rangers....
Blue Jays
1. A player regardless if he is carded to any of the franchise above may play for your team as long as he played for 1 of the franchises listed. This is why Mays, Hornsby, Aaron are tied to those teams listed above...they only played for them...Players like Rickey Henderson may be selected by any of the teams he played for Padres, Jays. Angels...Marines et all
2. Two additional players will be added to the roster upon completion of the franchise selection. The manager with the last team pick will have 1st pick in supplemental...They may select either a NEL player or a player who is not eligible for the teams above...ie Babe Ruth, Barry Bonds...Lou Gehrig...Mantle...Dimaggio...Ted Williams Jimmy Foxx are just a few that come to mind. If they select a non-NEL player in the 1st round then they must select an NEL player in round 2...If they select an NEL player in round 1 they have an option in round 2 for a second NEL player or non franchised player. Satchel Paige and Willard Brown are tied to the Browns and cannot be part of NEL selections. This will be a serpentine draft of these two players
3. 150M Waivers 90% drop
4.Remember in the auto draft you can select any player who played for your team at one point in time. If after the auto draft you receive a player that does not conform to the rules they must be released or traded to a eligible franchise either before or after waivers.
5. Trades are allowed as long as they conform to the rules.
6. Stadiums used by your franchise required
