The hold up has been doing the players available sheet, which is a PITA because of the way KD set up his spread sheet, so

Rule 6 under annual draft on the roster I just sent out:

Annual Spring Free Agent drafts:
1) A 15 round non-serpentine free agent draft will be held each year near the All- Star break Draft order is determined by cumulative
win/loss records.
2) All owners must drop a minimum of 10 players; No owner may have more than 15 draft picks after Drops and Promotions.
An owner may drop more than 15 if there are enough prospect promotions to bring the actice roster to no less than 25 players
3) Player drops must be announce prior to the beginning of the Free Agent draft.
4) All owners must have a full 40 man roster upon completion of the annual Spring Free Agent draft.
5) There is no clock for Round 1 of each Annual Free Agent draft. All subsequent rounds will operate with a 3 hour clock.
6) The league will used the Unleashed player card set.
7) Players eligible for the draft are defined as: Any player with MLB experience prior to the start of the Current year's MLB season, regardless of whether there is a card
In the online game or not.
