I see the problem, O.Arcia was dropped as part of our deal recently involving supp picks ( on page 192) and that will bring me to 40, so I have to drop another to get to 38.

Yes, if you wish to make in a pick in the 2nd rd of the supp draft, then you need to drop a 2nd player
