What is wrong with info/help button

What is wrong with the info/help button. I am trying to ask a serious question regarding a keeper league and want to get ahold of HAL. Hit the info/help (contact us) and it just spins and spins and never connects this is the second day. Do they take the weekends off?

I think it tries to plug onlinegamesupport@strat-o-matic.com in to the to address of your email client. But if you do not have any email client installed at all that could hang. For example I have outlook installed and it always creates a new outlook email. I do not use outlook for my email though so I have to copy and paste it in to what I do use.
