This is nothing against Smitty, I would have same comments regardless of who the manager was, but he has been up since Friday night 7pm, and your right he is normally not out of touch, but he was online yesterday afternoon.

How much time is needed? Your setting a precedence for the next manager to do the same thing and then what will happen, your going to give >3hr window to one manager but not another? I'm sorry but I think is wrong and goes against the rules that are currently in place. Why do we bother to have a rule but are not enforcing it? Its there to keep things moving along. Proxies are available to be used as well to keep things moving. Perhaps emails/texts would be useful to use to get a draft completed, especially for those who cannot be online as much as others.

And unbeknownest to you, I have sent e-mails and texts to which i have not received a response, which is why I want to wait , cause I think he may be having some personal issue.

And you are right, I WOULD do something similar for each of you in similar circumstances. What is your hurry? All I'm asking is to give him one more day, if he doesn't pick by then I'll move thing along.
