My first take was that all players from previous leagues would be eligible in following drafts (each season "adding" the next group), which explained protecting your roster. I can see now that it could be interpreted that the keeper must have a card in the new draft to be eligible. Will Three Finger eventually be able to beat the Bash Brothers?

No, doesn't have to have a new card! With each successive league we are expanding the player base, so that any of the deadball players are available in seasons 2-4.

Will we announce keepers prior to the future leagues' drafts?

I hope that I covered this in the initial post on this thread. No announcements are needed, rights are retained only through the autodraft, in waivers everyone is fair game.

I'm assuming our ballparks must be from the db era for the first season. Is this correct?

Well Ruth as a pitcher is in the deadball era. Once he is yours, as long as you keep him on your team each season, you get him for as many of the 4 seasons as you want!

Who will set the league up? I can, if you all promise not to shoot real bullets if I screw it up.
