In re: Negro League players, Allan and I figured out a reasonable way to divide these 128 all-stars across the decades, So yes, they WILL be included in the 20th century contests (as they should be)!

A small issue in the pre 1909 (1876-1909) era. Only 10 RP only pitchers.

if we allow relief pitchers from 76-2015 to play in the 00-09 league there are enough to satisfy the roster needs. maybe we could use only those carded from 2010-2015 who were active in 09 or prior this would take some research

130 pitchers available of which 38 can relieve I think we will be ok

Do we have to roster 4 relief only pitchers in these historeic leagues ,as we do in modern leagues to satisfy the computer

Draft rules say we must have 3 RP only pitchers. There are no RP-only in 1910, but 13 in 1911. We could expand our RP onlys to include 1911.
