When do you hope to get the next season started?

Instead of 1 manager running 2 teams like I saw mentioned in a previous post, if someone wants to get SOM to transfer a credit to my account, I'll run the team and in the off chance I actually win something, any winning credits will get transferred back to the person that gave the credit to me.

Not the best of solutions, but if you're in a pinch and you want to go that route, let me know.

Thanks for the offer. But we are looking for a more permanent manager.

I figured as much. I would join if I had the credits. It sounds like fun. The offer will remain open if you need a 1 season stopgap.

Falcon,
We are finishing the playoffs, so as soon as we get one more team (maybe you) to sign on we can start with finalizing the keepers and starting the supp. Draft.

Okay, so I'm a glutton for punishment. Count me in. Where can I see the available keepers from the 2 open teams? :?:

Since we had two open teams one with some good keepers and the other with crap, we decided to release all the players so you and the other replacement manager will pick your 3 keepers from the available pool(of unprotected 60s players), see the partial list above. Then everyone will get a supplemental draft pick (from the 70s).

Sorry, the only list I see above are "the best" options from one of the orphaned teams:
Nolan, Gary
Osteen, Claude
Wood, Wilbur
Burgmeier, Tom
Cepeda, Orlando
Rodriguez, Aurelio
Patek, Freddie
Carty, Rico
Kaline, Al

Whatever, I'm in anyway. I guess I'll find out more later when your 60s playoffs are done.

Sorry guess the posted didnt stick. Here it is again.

With Grover left to name keepers here is the protected list. I guessed on who two might be (The others could be Ron Hunt, Pat Jarvis, or Bernie Allen?).

Dick Allen
Matty Alou
Hank Aaron
Sal Bando
Dick Bosman
Louis Clark Brock
Bobby Bonds
Rod Carew
Steve Carlton
Leo Cardenas
R. Clemente
Reginald Martinez Jackson
Ferguson Arthur Jenkins
Harmon Killebrew
W. Mays
Willie McCovey
Joe Morgan
Gaylord Perry
Fritz Peterson (assuming this is one of Grovers keepers)
Tony Oliva
F. Robinson
Pete Rose
Ron Santo
Tom Seaver
Willie Stargell
Rusty Staub
Billy Williams
Carl Yaz (assuming this is one of Grovers keepers)

leaves open some of the following players
Al Kaline
Brooks Robinson
Norm Cash
Jimmy Wynn
Boog Powell
Tony Perez
Rico Carty
Dick Dietz
Rick Monday
Ron Fairly
Willie Davis
Plus a strong group of pitchers.

Just completed game 4 of the playoffs last night. So with a little luck we should be able to finish the supp draft and loading by next Friday.

So I should be able to take the 60s and 70s download lists, intersect them, and remove the published keepers. Then I can choose 3 from that group. Right?
And do you have a 12th?
