OK, that's 12!

One talked about starting 11/1 and one speaks of mid-November.

I'm okay after 11/4 or so, although 11/11 would work better for me.

What do others think?

I will ask to have a randomizer run in the near future, to determine the sequence for selecting draft slots A - L.

Before I do, however, are there any suggestions for rule refinements? For example, I know there was concern about taking the L (stadium) pick last time around -- has reworking the serpentine draft table solved that?

I think that yes, that solved a bit that issue.
There's only 8 unleashed players (wild). Is there something we should do about that or only the first 8 to pick in that category will have a player ???

That draft will include the 8 unleashed cards, 2 DH, and then all of the players NOT drafted in the other 10 player drafts -- so yes, a handful of interesting picks and then it becomes a spare parts depot.

The unleashed dudes will start in instructional and must remain until game 30 of majors ?

No, start them wherever you wish -- just keep them there for a while!

And don't forget the salary cap for minors & inst.

So Roark would be drafted (Wild Card) with most of the players going to inst, but has to be on major roster because of salary?
Please forgive me trying to make sure i understand.
will I have 79 players to place as I choose providing salary cap restriction are meet?
If manager in 1st spot chooses Kershaw we then draft all starting pitchers? Then Manager in the 2 slot takes Trout we then draft all the CF's. do have that right?

Yes

79 or 80, and yes

Not quite. Each of the 12 managers will be able to start a draft based on the slot selected.

10 drafts for position players and pitchers will occur at the same time. The wild card draft can start (for the first few unleashed guys) and then it will finish up after the other 10 drafts are completed. The stadium draft can be done at any time, with no draft clock until the end.

The key idea here is a wild ride with 10 drafts on the clock at once...
