According to http://onlinegames.strat-o-matic.com/to ... #left_info, the deadline for entry is today:

Event 5: $100M, "Unleashed" Player Set
begins: Sep 24 (deadline for entry: Oct 22)

So I would think fillers could start signing up tonight.

I would think that fillers should go at the bottom of the draft list, even if their League 1 teams did well. Not sure how you would assign an order among the filler teams. Given that Gbrookes is in this league, maybe he would make a ruling.

Unfortunately, I am too busy personally to sign up another team right now.

I suggest that any fillers or managers without event 1 points be assigned draft order based on randomization of the remaining draft spots (currently 3).
