Another Injury Question

Johnny Bench gets a single and a remainder of the game injury vs a RHP. There were men on 1st & 2nd base with two outs. His injuries rolls are:HBP/LO Max/Strike Out and two FB?. Shouldn't all these rolls result in an out if there are two outs? I thought a Fly Ball "b?" was a potential Sac Fly or an out. Can it turn into a single somehow when there are two outs?

You have his 1972 card where he gets a clutch hit with runners in scoring position with 2 outs. The $ symbol next to an out means it is a single in a clutch situation. Conversely if the $ symbol is next to base hit result the actual result would be an out in a clutch situation.
