So does this mean we are using a clock? I thought we agreed not to?

I think we were talking about no clock because of my situation. Since my house sold in 2 days I don't have that to worry about and should be able to keep up with proxies. I'll be moving (somewhere) in 3 weeks so having the clock will keep things moving and hopefully we'll be finished before I'm in between access.

Hope to have the draft set up and emails sent out over lunch today.

I know this is a dumb question (or a series of dumb questions), but...

-Are we using strat-draft again? (I'm fine with that if we are)

-I logged into strat-draft but all I can see is the last draft we did -

- has the new draft been set up yet?
- if so, how do I switch from the old draft to the new draft?

Ah yes, you're right. It shows the clock, but not the enforcing part. Brain is kicking in now.
