On the tabs to the left go to Front Office - My Office - My Profile. If you scroll down to the 2nd section there is a box for Autodraft. When you click this on you can put players in the 15 slots for proxies. You have the option to only choose 1 player from each group of 5 or you can list all the players you want. Enter players based on their ID listed below. Stadiums are at the very bottom. ID's are case sensitive.

FYI, in the top section you can set up notifications when it's getting close to your turn to pick.
