7 Season League

PostTue Nov 11, 2014 5:20 pm

I have enjoyed the competition in these leagues. Wanted to see if 12 players were interested in playing all the 2000's seasons. Start with 2007, pick a stadium and draft your team. Standard 80 Mill, DH,20% drop. Then, you retain rights to your players for the next season. I thought keep the same franchise's stadium throughout the tournament. If interested sign in below.

little confused on the concept here. we are picking a stadium. Then auto drafting 25 players? I can keep all 25 from year to year so I assume we will draft rookies and replacements as the years go by.

Yes. You decide who you keep from your last season end of year roster. The players you don't keep become free agents after the draft. I think it will be similar to the decisions MLB general managers have to make. Example sign Trout in his first .200 year and have 3 great seasons later. In the draft, if you get someone whose rights are tied to another franchise just release him and replace him.

Guys, this thread should be in the 200X thread. It's not PC tourney related. Probably should just restart this in the 200X forum.

Good luck with this league, guys!

Waynick, please keep me down for U.S. Cellular (Chicago AL) wherever you restart the league post.
