It's early in my league but it sure looks like I have that Cedeno 4R card as well. Agree with what you said, 100%. Thanks for posting those stats. Gives me an idea of what his 4R card can do. I have him in Fenway.

Yeah, really looks like I have the 4R Cedeno.

EDIT: And Cedeno is 0 for 2 in BPHRs. Playing half his games in Fenway should improve that number quite a bit over the rest of the season.

My season with the 4R Cesar Cedeno is about over. Just one more night of games. But after 159 games he's doing very well.

In 199 at-bats vs LHPs he is slashing .256/.355/.382 with three HRs.
In 421 at-bats vs. RHPs he is slashing .342/.389/.658 with 36 HRs.

And he's playing his home games at Fenway.

I included a link for his totals so far and the MVP race. Interestingly we have a pitcher leading the MVP and Cy Young award voting but Cedeno dwarfs the hitter's competition for MVP.

I like Cedeno a lot. If this is his third best card then I'm hooked.

There's another player that has surprised me quite a bit in this set. I'm still kind of new to the 70's set but Doug Decinces hitting 48 HRs and 35 doubles?? What has Decinces done for you? And there's still one more night of games.

I had to check it out. Decinces is tied for the league lead in HRs with Hank Aaron! lol Mike Schmidt has 47 dingers.

as I said, I previously somehow viewed this card as dump vs his two other good cards.

50 HRs is very nice.

My team made it to the playoffs but after two games I'm down 0-2.
