We are full finally Frank suggested a 155Mil salary cap to field the very best Yankee Team.I think that will work since the theme is to have all 11 teams on par with the Yanks so unless anyone has any objections we will go with that only restriction is you can only carry a 25 man roster.

Since it's been a while to get a full league sign-up, I'd suggest that everyone check in by posting on this board. I'd hate to get started with a selection draft and then have to wait for somebody who forgot about this league.
