Inflation Keeper League Season 2

Well the league did just finish last week I needed a little breather after my semi-finals debacle at the hands of the league champion. Fortunately we don't play face to face, many of my players would have been axed -literally. Not to mention dice flung against walls.

And now I get my revenge on the slackers by casting them adrift.

Here are the league rules again, from the original league announcement:

Season 1 dead ball era only 60m cap autodraft
Season 2 add pre WWii players, 80 M cap you retain rights to all your db players through autodraft
Season III add post WWII players 100M cap, same retention scheme, rights to all your players from Season 2 through the autodraft
Season 4 add exp players 120M cap, retain rights to your prior season 3 team through autodraft

No dh until expansion arrives season 4. Can change ballparks each season to reflect the new ones added per era. Waivers, graduated drops.


I believe that Negro League players are now available for Season 2. Presume that when we create our teams, we use the pre-war set, not the full set- is that correct?

Yes, the entire pre WWII set is available as are the Negro League Players.

Bernie posted on the old league site that he's in for No. 2.

Yes, I'm playing season 2 and expect to be back for 3 & 4 as well.

My thought was that as well, but I didn't want to automatically assume that everyone was on board. I can set the league up tonight and if if doesn't fill we can always ask for someone to replace Bruce Foster if he chooses to not continue.

League is created and is in the season 1 league mail, in my post of 11/23.
