As we get to the shallow end of the talent pool for SPs and RPs, it becomes difficult to measure the relative worthiness of the available options.

Really, not much pace in this end of the draft. Is there an interest to finish this or we let it linger on ???

DRAFT STATUS

SPs and RPs:
- Only a few picks left at > $500K
- One-hour draft clock begins when only $500K players remain
- Managers will be skipped if no pick is made in that hour, unless AUTO is typed next to name
- If on AUTO, then next available player is drafted as soon as turn begins and the draft does not need to wait for you
- If no pick made and if not on AUTO, then all remaining picks will auto-fill after the last turn expires

WILD CARD
- No clock until remaining players have been transferred in, after end of SP and RP drafts
- Even so, wild card picks can be made now, since there are 19 guys left at $510K - $1.19 mil
- After the clock begins in the wild card draft, the one-hour rules will apply, as above, when only $500K players remain

STADIUMS
- No clock until all other drafts have been completed
- Even so, stadium picks can be made now, since managers already know both their Majors and Minors rosters pretty well
- If stadium picks can be made in a timely manner, then the Instructional league can begin as soon as the last players are drafted

Two-hour clock will start in the wild card draft no later than 11:46 this morning

We have a surplus of pitchers this year. As of the end of the 10 initial drafts, all managers will have 34 pitchers or more -- 2 teams drafted wild card pitchers -- and there will still be 26 pitchers remaining in the wild card draft.

This is no big deal, except that HAL only allows 12 pitchers per team -- and even at a total of 36, most managers would not want 12 of their 25 Majors' players to be pitchers.

Unless there are major objections, I recommend that managers be allowed to have:
11 or 12 pitchers in the Majors
12 in the Minors
12 in the Instructional League
1 or more warming up off-roster (to be placed on a roster at some point during the season, so that every player in the card set plays at least once)
