Just to review. A team can't load to a league until it has a stadium. So as we go picking our stadiums, then we can load into the league. When the last team has entered the autodraft will run.

The league will have the following settings.

Sorry - I was traveling, just back - League has been created at $60m - you cannot designate one for a lower level - all managers must go no higher than $45m on roster at any point

Yes, I agree - I should have worded it this way. Having $15,000,000 in available cash is particularly important when teams make roster changes during the season.
