ATG 8 Player Addition Nomination Thread

Based of what Garcia says looks like dupicate players with different season will be EXCLUDED!!!

RULES

Only one nomination per user, please specify player and season

The first 40 UNIQUE players will be added to the poll next week

Any players listed after the first 40 (or duplicate players with different seasons) will not be used in the poll

Remember only the top 20 of the 40 nominations used will be added to ATG 8

So to me these player choices will be EXCLUDED as they already have cards in ATG.

I feel 100% certain that he means duplicate seasons within this thread. Meaning that since I nominated Earl Averill 1936 someone else can not nominate the 1937 season of Averill.

I've already used up my nomination, but I'm wondering whether anyone is going to nominate Mike Trout 2012?

Trout's 10.9 WAR ranks 21st all time, and it's easily the best among any player not already represented in the ATG8 set. It's a unique card in every sense.

Frank - Thanks for bringing this up but that's not what I meant. I meant if a player is nominated already, a second nomination for a different year will not count. If anyone needs to edit any nominations feel free.
