From the league rules:

BALLPARKS: There are a number of "extreme" ballparks available which could make a big difference in manager strategies -- so rather than having the ballpark draft always be in round 26, let's allow the ballpark selection to be made in ANY of the 26 rounds.

All 16 ballparks from 1911 are available in the ATG8 set. Schorling Park from the NeL may also be used in this decade.

I checked again. No specific mention of drafts after the initial one. Why wouldn't the subsequent drafts be serpentine when the majority of teams are picking from zero?

DRAFT SEQUENCE: Managers who are "keeping" an Aaron or a Cobb, or a Clemens or a Mathewson, from decade to decade have a distinct advantage over those who are choosing 25 new players. The draft sequence will be determined by:
a) Teams with fewest keepers draft first, starting with those with zero, then those with one, etc.
b) In case of ties in the number of keepers, then the most recent completed season's W/L record will be the determining factor (as usual),going from worst to best.

DRAFT RULES: Each season will have a $200 mil (effectively unlimited) salary cap and the drafts would start with no draft clock in the first round and a two-hour clock in every round after that. Initial draft is randomized and serpentine, as usual.

Kevin, there are probably a number of managers who would be willing to trade their draft slot to you in exchange for Cobb and his 8 kept pals

It's not specific and it should be. I don't agree, but it is your party and I will abide by your interpretation of the rule.
