70's 60 mil Scabs league

Anyone interested in doing a scabs league in the 70's set....3 mil salary cap for all players....auto draft and anyone drafted over 3 mil to be dropped in waivers. We used to do scab leagues alot and they are always wild and wacky...suspect pitching and hitting make for some fun games. Will have to set it up as a 60 mil league...when you sign up please state whether you prefer DH or or NO DH. ALL WELCOME...would love to get some of the old gang involved as well.
