El Cheapo League 3- Full- Picking Franchises

Was fun the first time, lets do it again.

ALL franchises except Yanks, Giants, A's, Cardinals
$80m
$7m and < hitters and pitchers(all players must be 6 million or less)
$4m and < RP's (all RP's must be 4 million or less)
NO DH
Stadium from your franchise.

Any player can be drafted to your team, if he played for your franchise.
UNLESS
Your guy played for more than one of the franchises picked-
If so, then
1. Cards, (that meet the 6</4< requirements) in dispute, go to the franchise that they are carded to.
2. Cards that have cards for more than one franchise, go to the franchise they have the highest priced card for.

So, only draft cards that meet these criteria.
After the draft, any player that played for your franchise may be picked up during waivers.
