Leagues will begin play with the lowest one first and then the others following at one-week intervals, to allow for September call-ups in the better leagues.

I will remove my teams from the Majors and Minors as soon as somebody else signs up, and then add them again when it's time for the leagues to begin

Clarification

Does the rule mean majors can have 26 players if we choose to have 11 or 12 pitchers

Majors can have 25 players (until September call-ups) -- you choose whether to carry 11 or 12 pitchers within that total

Can the warmup pitcher be in any of the three leagues? Thanks

Yes, player assignment is up to you (within league roster limits)

I suggest we spread them out by two weeks so that the instructional is totally finished before rosters expand for minors etc.
one week for expanded roster part of season and one week for the playoffs
