Rules are simple. No DH. Every player on your team has to be less than $3M, other than 3 Kings (anyone you want).

$200million salary cap.This means unlimited scrubs!

4 Round Snake Draft, 3 Kings + 1st Scrub Round. Randomizer will choose draft order.
