As everyone knows Charlie Brown is a pitcher on the worst sandlot team in history and Linus once explained the true meaning of Christmas to him. As spring approaches and Charlie Brown grabs his glove and the horsehide pill to climb the mound and throw that first pitch of the new season he will exclaim in frustration: CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHAT THE TRUE MEANING OF BASEBALL IS? DOESN'T ANYONE KNOW WHAT BASEBALL IS ALL ABOUT?
