Starting Pitchers Repeated in Back to Back Games

Has anyone else seen any odd results from Sunday nights games? I had 2 games in a row where the same starting pitchers started - Tom Glavine for me and Denny Neagle for my opponent -

As a result, my rotation is no longer in line as Ben McDonald is now 2nd, behind Mike Mussina, while Glavine has moved down to 3rd in the rotation. I don't use the 'per game' starting pitcher feature so nothing special was set up. I'm curious if this is a fluke issue with only these 2 games or if something bigger occurred that affected other teams or leagues.

That is bizarre. Looks like a fun league, though. Appears to be a real teams league with a choice of two outsiders on the roster. With the mystery card format I imagine it could get frustrating, though.
