Post-EXP Theme...league Created Load ur teams

I'm still not clear on whether our teams can consist of only players from SOM's Post era or whether they can include players from both Post and Exp eras. We will be using the Post WWII set, right?

quick question to make sure I understand the process ... no one picked the Rangers. Does that mean I can list Ivan Rodriguez on my draft card? Or can I only pick him up on waivers/after waivers? Thanks ...
