I believe we can make changes to our ballpark prior to this season as per rule #4 under stadium rules. However, there is no mention as how this is accomplished. Will there be a separate round in the draft for this? Or will we have to use a draft pick in any round? I'm sure we will have to drop our ballpark when we make our cuts, so everyone will know our intentions and that would put our ballpark into the pool of eligible ballparks to be selected.
