ATG8 New Cards League

Here's the official draft thread for the New Cards League. League rules are as follows:

1. We're doing an 8-round snake draft on here, using only the universe of cards that have been added in the last several months. For a list, of the new cards, go to the player set browser, click on "Download ATG 8 player list as Excel spreadsheet". The rightmost column indicates if a card is "New to ATG 8", "added 10/23/14" or "added 1/9/15". It helps to use the "filter" function in Excel to isolate them for ease of reference. I will list each of these sets separately for ease of reference
2. Of the 8 players drafted for each team, at least 3 must be from the 40 cards added this week and back in October. The 40 cards will be listed below. As a result, nearly all of these cards will be drafted (i.e. at least 36 of the 40).
3. Trades and transactions are OK, provided that you have at least 8 new cards on your roster at all time, including 3 of the recent additions.
4. Each team will draft a park. The ten new parks are: Shibe 38; Candlestick 61; County 61; Jarry Park 71; Anaheim 77; Coors 99; Cinergy 00; Qualcomm 00; Citi Field 10; Target Field 11. In order for us to get to 12 parks, we will add Shea '05 and SBC '05 to the mix. Parks can be selected at any time in the draft
5. The draft will be 8 rounds, selecting 8 players and a park. In order to offset the disadvantage of picking late in the first round, the 8th round will consist of two picks (either two players, if you've already selected a park, or a player plus a park).
6. We'll randomize for draft order. Divisions will be on a 1/4/7/10 basis. $100 M cap, and we're using a DH.
