Here's one with both - Pedro with 33 wins and 4 20 gamers:

Old school ATGI, in the good old days when you could have 8 pitchers and 23 total players:

Naturally, both teams lost in the semis. :o

Just this fall, had these 4 20 game winners

I've had a few others too.

Joe Wood is my only 30 game winner.
The other 3 starters all won 20, so this team had it all :D

Interesting note, Wood did not win the Cy Young Award because Maddux won 32 games.

I am guessing that 30 wins is more rare that 4 x 20 game winners. At least that's true of my experience, but for me it's close. Assuming I haven't missed something, I've had 3 teams with 4 x 20 game winners and 2 teams with a 30 game winner.

I was lucky enough to have one ATG team that combined a 30 game winner with 4 x 20 game winners. The 30 game winner was my #4 pitcher. He may have benefitted by facing weaker pitching opposition. This team won 110 teams but lost the semi-finals in game 7....a heartbreaker!

I also had a 70s team with a 30 game winner. This was off of Gaylord Perry's 1972 season, which is 8.46M in ATG8 but is a dominant card in the 70s game.

I had a 70s team that had 4 x 20. This is tough with the mystery card because often you have to dump one or more of your pitchers since they're in bad years, which means you almost can't win 20 with that slot. This time, I got 4 good years, plus some hitting:

Then, here's a 4 x 20 ATG team.

I may have missed some, but for me--as mentioned-- that adds up to 3 teams with 4 x 20 game winners and 2 team with a 30 game winner, including one team having both.

Luis Tiant wasn't my 30-game winner, but I had the honor of going 1-7 against him that season.

I've never had a 30 game winner, but did have this 4-20 game winner team:

My buddy Maxie Minoso posted the info below a few months ago in his "The Phenomenal Dale Murray" thread

Maxie Minoso wrote:There's been a lot of discussion about our friend Dale Murray on these boards. He is extremely popular, of course, having appeared in over 1180 leagues since his arrival with ATG 7. I thought I'd share some actuals for this work horse. Dale has hurled over 300 innings for 174 teams and over 200 innings for an additional 483 squads. Please note that these figures are for 60, 80 and 100M cap teams only.
Here's his top 20 in innings pitched. * = DH league

    IP W L Park Cap
    418.3 37-5 Forbes Field '57 80*
    415.3 30-9 Forbes Field '57 80*
    415.3 22-17 Fenway Park '67 100*
    409.3 28-7 Fenway Park '67 80*
    406.7 31-15 Dunn Field '20 60*
    400 25-4 Ameriquest Field '05 80*
    393.3 31-13 Minute Maid Field 100*
    392 30-8 Baker Bowl '11 80*
    389 27-9 Hilltop Park '11 80*
    388 19-21 Baker Bowl '11 60*
    387.3 29-15 Baker Bowl '11 60*
    384 40-12 Fulton Cnty Stdm 100*
    383.7 23-12 Tiger Stadium '78 100*
    382 31-8 Yankee Stadium '71 60*
    381.7 23-11 Polo Grounds '41 100*
    381 30-9 Yankee Stadium '71 80*
    380.7 26-7 Wrigley Field '59 80*
    380.3 18-16 Dunn Field '20 100*
    377.3 34-9 Minute Maid Field 80*
    376.3 24-4 Wrigley Field '78 100*

I find this very remarkable for someone who pitched all of 69.7 innings during the year (1974) of his card.

Maxie

Hey Maxie, how about providing the links to those teams?

By my count, there are 9 seasons on the list where Murray had 30 or more wins, including a 40 win season, and the chart above was to show the top seasons for innings pitched by Murray, not his top seasons for wins! Can you imagine how long the list might be if it included all of Murray's 30 win seasons? Maybe the list would be almost as long for Bruce Sutter.

Maybe Maxie would be so kind as to give us links to Murray and Sutter's 30 win seasons.

I'm reluctant to show others teams to the public.
However while going through this thread I thought to myself I could sort the actuals (80 & 100M) data I have and come up with the those with most 30 win seasons.
That may take awhile since my computer was in the hospital and required a reinstall of Windows. (First virus in 25+ years, thanks Bitdefender.) When Windows was reinstalled Works is no longer provided (thanks Microsoft.) All my spreadsheets are on in Works and I am not accomplished with Word's Excel. I should have a Works program this weekend and then convert the hundreds of spreadsheets from Excel to Works.
This much I know, there will be no hurlers from any of my teams on that list. I think I did have a 15 game winner once or twice.
